Approval of Contracts: Contract with Osterman's Mini Storage for One Year to Store Excess Voting Equipment; Contract Between Justice Court and Jason C. Cutts for Fines & Fees Collection, 4. Approval of Application for Cancellation of Taxes For Parcel #MMM6623 in the Amount of $778.99 for Tax Year 2003, 5. Decision on a Request for Boundary Relocation Exemption from Subdivision Review for Heath.

9:37:08 AM   Board Discussion including Tim Skop adding, "The detached accessory structure (hobby shop/detached garage) shall not be used for commercial use or home occupations as defined by the Middle Cottonwood Zoning Regulation." Home occupations are allowed and that portion will be struck.
9:38:30 AM Commissioner Murdock I move that we approve this CUP with the conditions presented by staff and his additional one that he just read in but with the prohibition against home occupations deleted.
